How Financial Advisors Can See Which Clients Need Attention (Without Another Spreadsheet)

In short: The Wealthstack Advisor Console shows every client's WealthScore, last dashboard update and last login in one searchable list, so advisors can see who needs attention. An advisor-only Reports tab produces PDF snapshots, records of advice and Excel exports.
As your practice grows, the hardest thing to keep track of isn't the portfolios, it's the people.
Which clients haven't heard from you in a while? Whose plan is drifting? Who was set up months ago and never actually logged in? In a book of 50 clients you can hold that in your head. At 200, it starts slipping, and a spreadsheet is usually the first patch.
The Wealthstack Advisor Console is built to answer those questions at a glance.
What does the Advisor Console show?
When you log in, you land on your client list: every client who has a dashboard with you, searchable by name. Click a client and you go straight into their dashboard.
Next to each client, you can see:
- Their WealthScore, a single measure of overall financial wellness across their goals
- When their dashboard was last updated
- When the client last logged in
Together, those three indicators give you a quick way to prioritise. A low WealthScore, a dashboard that hasn't been updated in months, or a client who hasn't logged in since onboarding are all prompts for a conversation.
Spotting clients who were never activated
Some clients have a dashboard but no login yet, often because you set them up yourself during a meeting. Wealthstack flags these with a "Send invite" button on the client list.
It's a simple visual cue that turns a forgotten step into a one-click task. Enter the client's email and they can create their own access.
Reports that stay on your side of the desk
Inside each client's dashboard, you'll see the same tabs the client sees, plus one more: Reports. This tab is advisor-only.
From Reports you can:
- Create a snapshot of the client's dashboard as a PDF, useful for review packs or clients who prefer paper
- Produce a record of advice to document your recommendations
- Export everything to Excel if you want to work with the numbers yourself
Your profile and integrations
Under your profile, you can update your own contact details and password, and see the data integrations Wealthstack uses to pull client information into your console automatically.
See how it works
If your client book has outgrown your memory and your spreadsheets, we'd be happy to show you the console.
