In short: Wealthstack is a white-labelled client dashboard and financial planning platform for financial advisors in Canada. It combines an Advisor Console for managing a client book with a branded Client Dashboard, and automates onboarding, goals-based planning and household account consolidation, so advisors can serve more clients without more admin.
Wealthstack is a white-labelled platform that helps financial advisors in Canada serve more clients without losing the personal relationships that built their practice. It combines an Advisor Console for running your book with a branded Client Dashboard your clients can log into any time.
Wealthstack is available to advisors in Canada, South Africa and Israel.
What is Wealthstack?
Wealthstack has two sides that work together.
The Advisor Console is where you manage your whole book. You can search any client, see their WealthScore, check when they last logged in, onboard new clients and produce reports.
The Client Dashboard is what your clients see, under your branding. It brings their investments, insurance, goals, family structure and documents into one place, so they understand what they own and why.
Who is Wealthstack for?
Wealthstack is built for:
- Independent advisors and small teams approaching the point where more clients means more admin than they can handle
- Wealth management firms that want to modernise how they engage clients
- Advisors serving families with cross-border financial lives, including South Africans who have moved to Canada
What does Wealthstack actually do?
Onboards clients in about seven minutes. Clients complete a guided questionnaire through a link you send, or you walk through it together. Read more about digital onboarding.
Builds the first draft of a financial plan automatically. From the onboarding answers, Wealthstack creates goals such as retirement, emergency fund, debt, critical illness, life insurance and disability cover. Read more about automated goals-based planning.
Gives clients a branded dashboard to return to. Clients can see their progress, book time with you and store documents in a secure Vault. Read more about the client dashboard.
Shows you which clients need attention. Your client list shows each client's WealthScore, when their dashboard was last updated and when they last logged in. Read more about the Advisor Console.
Brings a household into one view. Portfolios from your existing data feeds link to each family member's dashboard, so a couple's accounts sit side by side. Read more about the household view.
How is this different from standard financial planning software?
Most planning software is built for the advisor's side of the desk. It models the plan, produces a report, and the client sees it once or twice a year.
Wealthstack keeps the plan alive between meetings. The client has a dashboard that stays current, and you have a console that tells you who is engaged and who has gone quiet. Planning becomes an ongoing conversation rather than an annual event.
